It is very possible to create completely new classes with their own artwork, animations, and skills. More specific info on areas of the game can be found in their respective guide section. Monster & enemy art is much harder to find because it ahs so many subfolders but I think it's something like Steam/steamapps/common/DarkestDungeon/monsters and then there's a ton of subfolders for all of them. You'll note that the hero's Guild Header art is not in the ABCD folders but is loose within the hero's main folder. Open one of those four folders and you'll find all the character art for that hero. Each of these is one of the hero's colour palettes. After that you'll find a set of 4 folders named after the hero class ending in _A, _B, _C or _D. Icons_equip is the weapon & armour icons that youi'll see displayed in the blacksmith & on the character sheet representing the level of a hero's equipment.
